Questions we hear
How do you protect data for vulnerable participants?
Platform data is stored on servers in Québec. Access is role-based, data is encrypted, and participants can withdraw consent and delete their accounts. We never sell participant data, and we share it only with the service providers needed to run the platform. Your organization stays in control of its records.
What if participants have limited English or are new to online tools?
Each participant can switch Mentorfy into their own language. The platform is built to be simple, and you control all communications, so you can support people in the way that works for your community.
Our funding is year to year. What happens if a grant isn't renewed?
Contracts are annual and can line up with your funding period. If funding ends, you can leave at renewal with no penalty.
Can we track employment outcomes?
Yes. Use goals and surveys to capture outcomes such as job offers, interviews or credential milestones, then export the data for reporting. An IRCC reporting add-on, covering settlement outcomes, iCARE output and funder narratives, is on our roadmap.
Can we run separate programs for different streams?
Yes. Run cohorts by sector, city or funder, each with its own intake form and matching criteria. ProPlus supports up to five concurrent cohorts.
